Believe it or not, this was a project for my Internet Art class in Autumn 2022. In this class, we were discussing metaverses and Minecraft came up in the discussion.

For the final project, we were tasked to create an art piece surrounding one of the topics we discussed. Of course I could not pass up the option to use Minecraft.

This sculpture I built in Minecraft is basically my anxiety in a nutshell. I want to enjoy life by going out, hanging out with friends, go on dates, etc. I am missing out on so much because of this. I'm getting stronger everyday.

This project was created in Minecraft (Java Edition). I used commands to easily set up the walls and floor. I hand-built the emojis. I built one-half of the person, copy and pasted the other half, and fine-tuned the details.

I then imported the build into Mineways which allowed me to export it into Blender to give it the finishing touches with the lighting.

Exterior Designs
Lush Cave House
This is a Lush Cave House I built in a SMP world that me and my friends made titled "Modern Community" on Bedrock (PS5). I stumbled across a HUGE lush cave big enough to fit this three story home. The architecture is heavily inspired by old style cottage homes.
Rule Building
This is a Rule Building I built in a SMP world that me and my friends made titled "Modern Community" on Bedrock (PS5). My friends and I love to build our own little townships/communities. Each community has its own set of rules, so we each have our own rule building. This is my design for a rule building.
Lush Cave Hobbit Home
I built this Hobbit Home in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). I built this Hobbit Home when the lush caves were introduced in the Caves and Cliffs update. I used calcite blocks as the base color and spruce wood for the accent color with a spore blossom for a particle effect.

I built these path arches in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). This is just a continuation of the path that leads to my Hobbit Home.

I built this path in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). This continues my lush cave path, but I added something special to this path. I planted dripleaves all the to my Hobbit Home that players can parkour across if they wish to have a more fast and fun way to travel.

I built these path arches in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). At the entrance of this cave, I built these arches to help other players find their way to my Hobbit Home. I used a mix of stripped oak logs and oak logs with stone buttons to give it as much depth as possible.

I built this path in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). This just continues the path towards my Hobbit Home. As you can see, I tried to make the path as natural as possible, but also visible enough for players to see where to go with course dirt, spruce wood, dirt paths, and lanterns.
Birch Teepee
I built this birch teepee in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). I decided to expand my building knowledge by building with a block I normally do not use. I built this teepee entirely out of birch wood with a dirt bridge path leading to it.
Upside Down Home
I built the µowə (upside down home) in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). This is where I usually farmed spruce trees. I randomly decided to build something silly and attempt to build an upside down home for fun. Notice how the trees are also upside down.
Wood Mansion
I built this wood mansion in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 3" on Bedrock (PS5). I was really proud of this build because the entrance is supposed to resemble The Great Deku Tree from The Legend of Zelda game series. This mansion contains two stories with multiple rooms and a big tree in the center.

The starting line was inspired by medieval architecture and a little bit of Mario Kart.

I built this mountain block by block in creative mode. I was dedicated to finish this mountain by hand because I did not have world edit or world painter available to me on Bedrock PS5.

Boat Race Mountain Cave
This is the Snow Mountain Cave section I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). This is the interior of the mountain with pillars of ice, hidden snow carpet paths, and ambient light for detail.
Boat Race Lighthouse
This is the Lighthouse section I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). This lighthouse was inspired by lighthouses in real life. The river has obstacles to avoid such as fallen trees, bridges, and coral blocks.
Boat Race Giant Sand Temple
This is the Giant Sand Temple section I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). This temple was inspired by the original Minecraft sand temple design. I wanted to give that design an upgrade for the desert portion of the boat race.

This is the Sand Temple Interior section I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). The interior was inspired by all the tomb related scenes scattered throughout entertainment media such as Uncharted, Indiana Jones, and Tomb Raider.

McDonald's Front
This is a McDonald's I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). My friend and I wanted to build a city or town in our creative world. We had to pick a fast food restaurant and McDonald's was the simple choice.

This is a McDonald's I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). This is the drive-thru of McDonald's. We used some signs and item frames to display menu items.
McDonald's Interior
This is a McDonald's I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). This is the interior of the McDonald's with some tables, trash bins, a counter, a drive-thru window, and a kitchen. This is an older build, looking back on it, I could have updated the light system with some redstone lamps.
Gas Station
This is a Gas Station I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). The gas station features some gas pumps with little TV screens (texture pack), a big fuel price sign, and an interior mini mart.
Strip Mall
This is a Strip Mall I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). This is just a building of many stores attached to each other including a game store, shoe store, adult store, and a barbershop.
Small Airport with Heli
This is a Small Airport I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). This airport features a small strip of landing with a hangar, an air traffic control tower, and a helicopter with two helipads.
Trailer Park
This is a trailer park I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). I have visited a fair share of trailer parks in my life. I had to incorporate this in our city build. Looking back, I should have made the roads out of gravel instead.
Farm House
This is a Farm House I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). Countrysides typically exist outside the main city at least where I am from. This features a large farm of wheat, a tractor, a farm house, a barn, and a silo.
Space Station
This is a Space Station I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). This space station is an older build of mine. The build includes a headquarters (w/ interior), a rocket ship, some American flags, and a nice outdoor water fountain.
Battle Arena
This is a Battle Arena I built in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). I took a jab at building a PvP arena and it is specifically made for 1v1 battles. The starting area includes and armor equipper, a bed for re-spawning, and a chest with some weapons. If I choose to update it, I will include some command blocks for a countdown and maybe a score.
Pixel Art Collection
This is a collection of pixel art in a creative world that me and my friends made titled "SvLS Creative" on Bedrock (PS5). I made a handful of these pixel arts sourced online. This is a culmination of many players/friends coming together in this world to make art. There is some more off-screen and out of render distance.

I created this library design in my solo survival world on Bedrock (PS5). Features tables, chairs, two floors, a chandelier, and plenty of books.
Smelting Room
I created this smelting room in my solo survival world on Bedrock (PS5). It features a dining area for food, lava dripstone cauldrons, two automatic smelters, a big functioning furnace, a lava wall, and stalactite ceiling.
Brewing Room
I created this brewing room in my solo survival world on Bedrock (PS5). It features two big testing tubes, a nether wart farm, potion storage, and an automatic brewing station. It also has a lab-like feel with a stone and white color palette with a decorative ceiling with a small chandelier.

I built this Hobbit Home interior in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). Features small utility rooms for brewing, enchanting, etc.
Hobbit Home Secret Disco Room
I built this secret disco room in my Hobbit Home in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). It features a redstone system that allows you to insert a music disc in the jukebox to trigger the armor stand to dance and causes the lights to move in a wave pattern.
Small Kitchen
This is a Small Kitchen I built in a SMP world that me and my friends made titled "Modern Community" on Bedrock (PS5). This is located on the first floor of my three story Lush Cave House. Because of the City Texture pack, I was able to include a refrigerator, a microwave, a dual sink, a stove, and a wine cabinet.
Small Enchanting Room
This is a Small Enchanting Room I built in a SMP world that me and my friends made titled "Modern Community" on Bedrock (PS5). This is located on the second floor of my three story Lush Cave House. I love the magic aesthetic and decided to include floating purple candles inspired by Harry Potter.
Wood Mansion Bedroom
I built this bedroom in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 3" on Bedrock (PS5). This bedroom is on the second floor of my Wood Mansion. The bedroom is simple, yet spacious with a hanging bed, grass floor, and hanging lanterns.

I built this blacksmith in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 3" on Bedrock (PS5). This blacksmith features some decorative armor stands, anvils, and furnace.

I built this goat farm in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 3" on Bedrock (PS5). This goat farm is on the second floor of my wood mansion. The farm features some hand-built rock formations, trees, and grass to give the sheep some room to jump around.

I built this library in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 3" on Bedrock (PS5). This library is on the first floor of my wood mansion. The library is similar to my other library design, but this one is smaller and features storage instead of bookshelves.

I built this smelting and brewing room in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 3" on Bedrock (PS5). The smelting and brewing room is on the first floor of my wood mansion. This room features an automatic smelter and a two story brewing station.

I built this sheep farm in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 3" on Bedrock (PS5). This sheep farm is on the second floor of my wood mansion. The farm is a simple grass plains design with a tree, logs, and flowers for the sheep to roam.

I built this nether room in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 3" on Bedrock (PS5). The nether room is on the first floor of my wood mansion. As you can tell, the portal is in the shape of a creeper's face. It features some blocks from the nether as you walk into the portal.

I built these parkour levels in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). This parkour level is floor one. You often do not see nether themed levels for stage one, so I thought I should. In these levels, you must find a hidden lever first to proceed to the next stage.

I built these parkour levels in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). The fourth floor is themed after lush caves that were recently added at the time.

I built these parkour levels in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). The fifth floor is themed after everyone's favorite cartoon, Spongebob Squarepants. This floor breached into the water, and I could not have thought of a better theme.

I built these parkour levels in my friends' SMP world titled "GOAT 4" on Bedrock (PS5). This is the sixth and final floor of the parkour levels. This is actually the reward stage that you receive some gold and diamonds. The trees act as a small bonus parkour segment to a hidden chest with extra rewards.
